Our governance is anchored by a Managing Principal focused on international business development, capital strategy, and the formation of cross-border partnerships that align resource assets with U.S. critical mineral priorities.
This vision is supported by a Director of Operations with extensive experience in high-compliance Chilean mining environments and a Principal Geologist with over 20 years of technical presence in the Atacama Fault System. Together, we have the strategic vision, logistical rigor, and geological insight required to execute our model with precision.
